One system for every inbound call, text, and form fill.
Voice and SMS agents that share the same brain: the same qualification rules, the same calendar, the same lead record. A caller who texts later is not a stranger.
Picks up before the second ring
A homeowner with three contractors' numbers written down does not wait on hold. The agent answers instantly, handles interruptions and mid-sentence corrections, and sounds like the best person on your team on their best day.
- Barge-in and interruption handling — callers can talk over the agent
- Name, address and service confirmed back to the caller before booking
- Emergency and high-intent calls put straight through to your line
- Recording is off until you turn it on, and the disclosure is spoken before it starts
- A caller nobody can take is texted back the moment the call ends
- Answers on
- First ring
- Interruptions
- Barge-in supported
- Concurrency
- No line limit
- Languages
- English
Every missed call becomes a text conversation
If a call does slip through, the homeowner gets a text within seconds — and it is a real conversation, not a canned autoresponder. Angi, Modernize and Meta form fills get the same treatment once your site or your Zapier posts them to us.
- Automatic missed-call text-back
- Web-form and marketplace leads answered the same way, once they are posted to us
- A thread that keeps its history, so a lead who texts back next week is not a stranger
- Times offered and the appointment confirmed inline
- Quiet hours, opt-out handling and consent logging built in
- Full thread visible next to the call history on one timeline
- Missed-call text-back
- Automatic
- Consent logging
- Timestamped
- 10DLC registration
- Handled for you
- Opt-out propagation
- Cross-channel
From a 9pm ring to a booked slot, with nobody awake
No voicemail, no callback queue, no lead sitting in an inbox until Monday. Eight steps, all of them measured.
- 01
They call after you close
A call rings in at nine at night, a text lands on a Sunday, or a form on your own site — wired to us in an afternoon — is submitted over a holiday weekend. It is answered on the first ring instead of going to voicemail.

Checked against your fit rules
Service area, job type, minimum size, and whatever else disqualifies a caller for you. Someone outside your rules is told so politely and never reaches your schedule.
Your rules, not a generic script
- 03
Reads the slots you actually have
Availability comes from your live free/busy and the hours you told us you work, so the times offered at 9pm are real openings on a working day — not the hour they happened to call.

Held, then booked
The moment a time is named it is held, so two callers in the same minute cannot take it. On yes it is written to the calendar and the confirmation is texted before they hang up.
Slot hold · Calendar write · Confirmation
- 05
They can move it by replying
The confirmation text is a live thread. Someone who needs a different time says so in their own words, and the agent moves the visit and frees the old slot without anyone at the office touching it.
Reschedule · Cancel · Slot released
- 06
And they are asked again the day before
One text, a day out: is this still good? A yes shows on the board as confirmed. A no becomes a slot you can resell while there is still time to fill it — which is the difference between a gap and a wasted trip.
Asked once · Never chased · Confirmed or not, you know
- 07
You find out in the morning
A booking, a change or an escalation emails everyone on the account within seconds, naming what the agent already found out. You wake up to appointments, not a voicemail queue.
Email alerts · Calendar invite · Full record
- 08
Look back at any of it
Every lead is scored out of 100 and every word either side said is searchable, next to the recording. You can see exactly why a lead did or did not convert.
Dashboards · Lead scoring · Searchable transcripts
A front desk that never sleeps, never forgets, and never improvises
Built specifically for inbound revenue — not a general-purpose chatbot with a phone number bolted on.
Natural voice agents
Streaming turn-taking and barge-in support. Callers interrupt, change their mind, and give a rambling address — the agent keeps up.
- Barge-in & interruption handling
- Accent-robust recognition
- Named voice per brand
Two-way SMS agents
Instant text-back on a missed call, and on a form fill once your site posts it to us, then a real conversation that qualifies and books — not a canned autoresponder.
- Missed-call text-back
- Quiet hours & STOP enforced
- 10DLC registration handled
Smart routing & transfer
A caller the agent should not be handling is put through to your line, and you get an email naming what it already found out.
- Live transfer mid-call
- Email the moment one escalates
- Overflow & after-hours modes
Fit checked before booking
Service area, job type, minimum size and your own disqualifiers are applied on the call. A caller who does not fit is told politely and never lands on your calendar.
- Out-of-area callers screened out
- Marked qualified, escalated or unqualified
- Your rules, not a generic script
Auto-scheduled into open slots
Availability comes from your live calendar — Google or Microsoft 365 — or, if you do not keep one, from how many crews you can have out at once, crossed with the hours you work, so a 9pm caller is offered a real opening on a working day. The visit is written back and the caller gets it in writing.
- Offered only from genuinely free time
- Held so two callers cannot take one slot
- Confirmation texted on the spot
Full transparency
Every call recorded and transcribed, every lead scored, all of it searchable. Know exactly why a lead did or did not convert.
- Searchable transcripts
- Lead scoring, 0–100
- Attribution to source
Bring a calendar, or let us keep the board
Two calendars are the outside systems we read and write — Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, meaning Office 365 and Outlook — connected from your own dashboard against your own account. If you do not keep a calendar at all — most emergency and same-day trades do not — we keep the board instead, and offer against how many crews you can have out at once. We still do not sign into dispatch software and write jobs in it. What we do is send every booking, move, cancellation and outcome to an address you nominate, signed and retried until it lands, for your own system to act on — which is a wiring job on your side rather than something you switch on, and we would rather say so here than discover it on the call.
Real openings, not guesses
Times come from your live free/busy — or your crew count — crossed with the hours you told us you work, so nothing is offered on a day you are closed.
Held while they decide
A slot is held the moment the agent names it, so two callers in the same minute cannot be given the same hour.
On the schedule, not in a queue
The visit is written as an event on your calendar, or onto the board under Appointments, so the morning starts with a day rather than a list to reconcile.
Watch it book a slot on your own calendar.
Bring your fit rules and connect a calendar. We will configure an agent on the call, dial it together, and you watch the appointment land on a slot you actually had free.
No slide deck. No procurement gauntlet.
