Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the psproai.com website. Use of the platform itself is governed by an executed order form and master services agreement, which control over anything stated here.

Service description

We provide AI voice and SMS agents that answer inbound communications, qualify and route leads, schedule appointments, and write records to customer systems.

Service configuration, including scripts, pricing rules, and escalation logic, is defined jointly with the customer during onboarding and may be changed at any time.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the pricing, availability, and eligibility information supplied to the agent, and for ensuring their use complies with applicable law, including telemarketing, recording consent, and industry-specific regulations.

Customers must not use the platform for unsolicited outbound marketing, deceptive practices, or any purpose prohibited by carrier or regulatory rules.

Availability

We target 99.95% monthly availability. Service credits, where applicable, are defined in the customer's service level agreement.

Scheduled maintenance is performed without downtime wherever possible using redundant application nodes.

Fees and term

Fees consist of a one-time implementation fee and a recurring platform fee, plus pass-through telephony charges billed at cost.

Subscriptions run for an initial 90-day term and continue month-to-month thereafter. Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period with written notice.

Data ownership

Customers own their conversation data, transcripts, and recordings, and may export them at any time during the term and for 30 days after termination.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in an executed agreement. Performance figures published on this website are illustrative and are not a guarantee of results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
